We want to make your first consultation as comfortable and productive as possible. Here is everything you need to know to prepare for your appointment with Dr. Adarsh M. Patil.
What to Bring
Previous medical records and imaging reports (ultrasound, CT scan, MRI)
List of current medications with dosages
Blood test results from the last 3 months
Health insurance card and ID proof
Referral letter from your physician (if applicable)

What to Expect
Registration & History
10 minutesUpon arrival, our front desk team will help you with registration. You will fill out a brief medical history form covering your current symptoms, past medical and surgical history, and family history.
Clinical Examination
15-20 minutesDr. Adarsh will conduct a thorough physical examination relevant to your condition. He will review your symptoms, examine the affected area, and assess your overall health to determine the best course of action.
Diagnosis & Imaging Review
10 minutesDr. Adarsh will review any imaging or lab reports you have brought. If additional tests are needed, he will order them and explain why each test is necessary for accurate diagnosis.
Treatment Discussion
10-15 minutesYou will receive a clear explanation of your diagnosis, available treatment options (surgical and non-surgical), expected outcomes, recovery timeline, and associated costs. Dr. Adarsh encourages questions and ensures you understand every aspect of your care plan.
Total Consultation Time: 45-60 minutes
Dr. Adarsh takes time with every patient. Please plan accordingly and arrive 10 minutes early for registration.
